To enhance the aesthetics of Majestic Park, rotating artists will create a mural on two walls that will change annually, coinciding with the Gardiner Open Studio Tour.
The initial mural will be painted by Lady Pink and Roger Smith week of May 27th, 2019. This mural will begin the initiation of rotating mural art that will be changed yearly and painted by Gardiner artists. Mural ideas will come from Gardiner community members and focus on the following question - “What does Gardiner mean to you?”
This project is a great way to revitalize the park, and get the community involved in our local arts community.
